Firstly, open up all the boxes and lay out the components. You will need a fair amount of space in which to do this. The important part before you begin, is to check off that you have all the parts needed. There should be a parts list in the box.
First, you will need to build up the frame on the floor. The recessed parts and screw holes should already be apparent to you. Hold the frame up against the wall (you may need an extra pair of hands for this!), and mark through the pre-drilled screw holes. Take the frame down, drill the holes in the wall, and then hang the frame in position.
The shutter panels should already be built up, so now it is just a matter of hanging them in position. Make sure they are the correct way up.
